Hi! I’m Jacob, a Registered Dental Hygienist and the founder of Dental Carévan, where we bring modern dental wellness directly to you—with heart.

Before my journey into dental hygiene, I served in the U.S. Army, an experience that shaped my values of service, integrity, and care. These values continue to guide me every day, especially in the way I connect with patients and deliver care with compassion and respect.

As an immigrant, a veteran, and a member of the LGBT community, I’ve experienced what it means to navigate systems that aren’t always built for everyone. As a healthcare provider, I feel most fulfilled when serving underserved populations—whether through work or volunteering at community clinics and outreach events—especially those who face significant barriers to accessing care.

One of the deepest inspirations behind Dental Carévan is my bond with my beloved grandmother. I was very close to her growing up, and many of my most cherished memories come from the time we spent together. Serving seniors through this mobile practice is my way of honoring her—preserving the warmth and compassion she always showed me. Every visit I make is, in many ways, a tribute to her and a continued commitment to delivering accessible, respectful dental care to those who need it most.

As a longtime Colorado resident, I love everything this beautiful state has to offer—from the great outdoors and skiing to the peaceful snowy days. I’m also a proud husky parent to three energetic pups who keep life fun and adventurous.
